Cyberhenge's Co-Founder and Principal, Franklin Piuck, has helped businesses from small manufacturers to Fortune 500 companies use technology to enhance productivity and create new operational capabilities. A business analyst and project manager with superior technological skills, Mr. Piuck is highly experienced in sales, financial control, corporate systems, and operations.

Prior to founding Cyberhenge, Mr. Piuck was involved in numerous large computer system implementation projects and personally developed several small-scale PC-based systems. In the early and mid 1990s, as Principal at Competitive Tactics Consulting, he created computer systems for costing, production, and material control for private consulting clients. He also wrote business plans and developed associated financial analyses and projections.

From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Piuck was at AIL Systems, Inc., a defense contractor. As Business Manager he was responsible for developing and managing budgets in excess of $60 million.

At AIL Mr. Piuck spearheaded the implementation of a new office automation system. He was actively involved in installing new production control and accounting systems, the use of a Fourth Generation computer language to create special-purpose reports based on standard company output, and the creation of a variety of computer models and tools in spreadsheets and databases.

As a consultant with Creative Output Inc., Mr. Piuck worked with such clients as Eastman Kodak, General Motors, and United Technologies, analyzing business processes, building computer models, and plotting long-range strategies for improved productivity.

Mr. Piuck received his M.B.A. from Columbia University in 1982, and has served as Secretary, Treasurer, Director of Information Technology, and Webmaster of the Columbia Business School Alumni Club of New York
